Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey was a professional hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka, born on May 5th, 1998, from Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka holds twelve WTA Singles titles. One of which was crowned Grand Slam during the Australian Open 2023. In her role as a specialist in doubles she has also won the US Open of 2019 as and in the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. Then she also won the Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Only four teams from women's doubles to pull off. World singles rankings rose yet again, reaching its top position in January 2023. Following her victory at the Melbourne doubles tournament in February 2021, she was able climb the ranks and take over the top spot on the list of that particular specialty. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) played her as a coach for the duration of the 2019 season and from 2018 to the end. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from the month of August through September 2020. Since the end of 2020 she's been trained by her fellow countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova were her models.
